In 2012, the company needed to certify several project managers for the PMP to gain an advantage when participating in tenders of the World Bank and the EBRD.
The company organized two groups of project managers and conducted training courses and PMP coaching for them.
They used the Knowledge Map for pre-testing, deep testing of various knowledge areas, progress tracking and as a PMP exam simulator.
As a result, 11 project managers become PMP.
